Making Cheese in Nicaragua

I thought I had told you a long time ago about my cheese making experience in Nagarote, but I can't find it. So I guess I never did. But don't worry, you won't have to miss it, now you get to see me in my cheese making debut!

I started out buying the Stonyfield Farms yogurt because I wanted to avoid a ton of extra sugar.
