ReplyDeleteMy biggest snacking problem is that I let myself eat whatever I want. My whole family is extremely skinny, as I have been my whole life, so I've never seen a problem with eating a gigantic ice cream sunday for dessert. I now have to teach myself that even though I may be skinny, I may not be healthy.

ReplyDeleteMy weakness is Tim's salt and vinegar chips. I always tell myself I'm just going to have a few, but if I'm really hungry, I'll just keep eating and never really feel satisfied. Yikes!
