Giveaway: Evenflo Comfort Select Breast Pump
This giveaway is now closed.
Ladies, this is one of the highest value giveaways I have ever had the pleasure of hosting here at Family Musings. And I am so happy to do this, not just because I might get a little extra traffic, but because I get to talk about breastfeeding again!
Back when my daughter was just born, I immersed myself in the world of breastfeeding. I read mom blogs that focused on the topic, as well as being an active participant in forums that focused on positive breastfeeding experiences. For a while, it seemed like breastfeeding was the only thing I talked about, on my blog or IRL! (Many apologies to my father and brother!)
Now that Babin is on the way and I am still nursing Charlotte, I don't feel any less passionate about the subject of breastfeeding, but I feel there is less for me to say as I've processed the relationship more and gathered more experience. One might say the honeymoon period is over. :)
Well, what is it I am giving away you might ask? Mom Central sent me an Evenflo Comfort Select Performance Breast Pump to try out. And, I have one to giveaway to a lucky reader, along with 2 boxes of nursing pads! (Details below.)
My first impression was a positive one. I like that a mom can set each side of the pump up at different speeds and pressure. This helps mimic what a baby will do, sucking differently at each side, and at different points of the nursing session.
Pumping is never as much fun as actual nursing. Using a machine to extract milk is harder than just letting your baby get the milk themselves. But it is worth it if you have to work away from your baby. Even though it has been almost a year since I pumped regularly to keep my supply up, I still remember that it made me feel good to keep up the nursing relationship while we were away.
If you want to know more, you can visit a special Evenflo website on Mom Central dedicated to the Evenflo Comfort Select Performance Breast Pump. It has a special section where moms can share breast pumping tips. Everyone that shares a tip will be entered in a giveaway to win one of three Evenflo Comfort Select Performance Breast Pumps and boxes of nursing pads! So, if you don't win here, you might win there!
How to Enter: Leave a comment below telling me who would be using the pump if you won (it can be you, a friend, a family member, or anyone else you know who needs one). I will randomly draw 1 winner next Saturday. There are four ways to enter and you can do any of them you like, for up to four entries:
- Leave a comment telling me who would be using the pump,
- Subscribe to my RSS feed, and leave a 2nd comment telling me you did so, or already are subscribed,
- Link to my giveaway on your own blog, leaving another comment with the permalink to you post, or
- Share this giveaway on Facebook and leave a 4th comment letting me know you did (honor system).
Don't miss any of my upcoming giveaways -
