I began my routine about 5 yrs ago - and still do it early in the morning. If the kids woke up while I was exercising - my dh would give them breakfast (and 5 yrs later he still is in charge of breakfast). This really helped a lot - having the exercise early meant I couldn't keep putting it off throughout the day - and when I was done - I was done early and could concentrate on everything else.Edihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01881967873653190545noreply@blogger.com
